It is hard to believe that Stina once had a phobia of desserts made with cheese. She discovered the joy of cheesecakes a few years ago, and has quickly made up for lost time. She’s always loved cooking, and once leased an apartment because she thought the kitchen would be perfect for filming a cooking show (a few copies of Stina Cooks: Help for the Holidays are still out there). Credits include being a 2005 and 2004 Drexel Livermush Festival Cooking Contest winner and a 2001 Better Homes and Gardens Recipe Contest winner. |

It is hard for Tiff to believe she is friends with — let alone went into business with — someone who once was afraid of cheese. Tiff has been cooking since she was 11 years old, having studied the art of home-style cooking from her mother Carolyn. Her cooking philosophy is simple: top it with cheese, bake everything at 400 degrees, and don’t waste time by pre-heating the oven. No worries — Tiff is currently working as an apprentice under the guidance of Stina while acting as business and marketing manager for Cheesecake Chicks. |
